Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries, we are here to help! At Perouge, you can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us
   Send an email to contact@perouge.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know which products you would like to exchange or return.

2. Register Your Return
   Use the link provided by our customer service to register your return. Then, print the shipping label and attach it to your package.

3. Ship Your Package
   Deliver your package to the carrier as indicated on the return label. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.

Important Information
Return shipping costs are at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.
